In Switzerland, its main activity is the detection, promotion and diffusion of innovative corporate health programs. I have been the Swiss President since January 2016. Since then, we are busy modernizing the yearly award (Grand Prix Suisse "Santé Entreprise") to improve the visibility of the winning programs. The goal now is to develop an electronic platform that will centralize good practices in workplace health and wellness promotion that have been implemented in Switzerland. This presidency is the most macro (and political) job of the 3 ones I have at the moment. It gives me a national position in Switzerland, hence a unique opportunity to meet great people and face new challenges.

Together, we increased the sales volume by 25% every year since 2013.Next to the strategic and marketing development, I had the opportunity- to bring a new approach to the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders combining ergonomics and posturology. It is more didactic, more global and its results are longer-lasting- to create a full set of strategic tools that help bringing an occupational health look on corporates' strategies. This helps HR managers play a full role on the board of directors by reconnecting OH to the real and deep business challenges.

The business development included prospection, marketing, promotion, teaching and adaptation to the local cultural and economic context. The experience was fabulous: in 2012, I had the chance to practice ergonomics and posture therapy both in Northern Europe and in Africa. Simultaneously confronting the two experiences gave me a much better knowledge of my field, and taught me how to adapt to local circumstances.
