Total Raffinage Chimie, Donges refinery. In charge of operations (production / maintenance / process / inspection) for the site's main manufacturing units (SEVESO high threshold).- Guarantees the safety and economic results of the site's main manufacturing units (availability, costs - budget management: €5 M, valorization).- Management of a 100-person team in the fields of production, maintenance, process, safety and inspection.- Preparation for the start-up of a new production unit (strategic investment of 350 M€), in particular reorganization of production teams within the framework of a redundancy plan.- Deployment of Lean Management (MVP, 5S, SMED...) and digitalization program (refinery 4.0)

Total Raffinage Chimie, Normandy refinery. Assistant Department Manager, then Department Manager (April 14) Energy Utilities Operations- Responsible for production and distribution of site utilities (demineralized water, steam, gas, electricity, air instruments, etc.). These services are essential to site availability. Examples of equipment operated: Cogeneration (2*120MW), demineralized water lines (5 - total production capacity 500 t/h), electrical substations (75 - HV / LV), electrical distribution....- Manages a team of 60 people (day laborers and shift workers)- Guarantees results in terms of safety, availability, costs and added value for the units operated. Examples of achievements:- Integration of utilities for 2 major sites (>600 people) with the implementation of innovative processes.- Implementation of an "on-the-fly" electricity production changeover process at the request of RTE (modification of cogeneration operation, operator training, etc.). Project with no investment, generating an annual margin of €500k to €1 million.

Total Raffinage Chimie. Process Control Engineer, Normandy Refinery, France- Responsible for maintenance and optimization of process control tools - Technical support to operating teams- Management of a team of 4 specialized techniciansExamples of achievements:- Optimization of the refinery's utility network controls (steam, fuel gas, electricity), resulting in annual savings of over €2m.- Project manager for various SNCC upgrades or extensions (budgets from 250k€ to 800k€)

Total Refining Marketing. Functional IT Project Manager, Europe, USA Responsible for IT activity across the entire "Industrial Maintenance and Process Engineering" functional area (14 refineries). Examples of achievements: - Head of the "Generic Simulators" project: implementation of a dynamic simulation tool for refining units at all Group refineries, for operator training purposes (budget 800k€).- Winner of the Refining and Marketing branch's "IDEA 2009" internal innovation competition for the design and implementation of a new system for printing work permits on industrial sites: project with no investment, resulting in annual savings of over 300k€.
