In charge of architecting and operating the ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) solutions which supports HP's R&D and IT in creating innovative product and services. This is not to be confused with the HP ALM product, although it is a part of the tool stack.I propose tools and best practices and work with the IT department to offer those services in a scalable, reliable and high performing way. I architect the integration of those solutions, so that the various platforms which are proposed are interconnected to provide an effective, end to end development and test platform. Capabilities include agile project management, requirement management, defect tracking, source code management, test management, test automation.Another side of this role is collaboration and education. I organize webinars and trainings which help share best practices to use this ALM tool stack. Often a speaker in those internal webinars (hundreds of live attendees) and trainings (thousands of views), I have also been a guest speaker at all the HP Discover conferences to date, sharing experience on how HP R&D and IT develop products and services internally.

For HP OpenCall, I was working in the team putting in place common tools supporting test and QA process. During that period, in addition to HP private tools, I also introduced internal test tools which I moved to Open Source (SIPp - http://sipp.sf.net/, Seagull - http://gull.sf.net/), which are now recognized as standards in their domain (SIPp being the most popular with 430,000 unique downloads). I also made several contributions to the popular Wireshark (Ethereal) network analyzer, including 1 hardware driver to decode live SS7 (telephony) exchanges, 1 software driver to decode protocol logs, and 1 new decoder (SS7/Camel).I also worked in defining standard benchmarking procedures for IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) in collaboration with the main players in the industry. This led me to be ETSI rapporteur for document TS 186 008.
