Managing an 100+ fte helpdesk across five locations in two countries, serving over 35.000 clients with a ~10 mio euro budget. Assignment included integrating multiple desks across locations and managing the complete outsourcing of the ServiceDesk services. Successfully realised a 20% reduction of personnel and an integration of the front- and back-office.

Headline assignment – key role in defining the business case, planning, mobilising and delivering the technical work streams of the RFI and RFP stages of mould-breaking third generation infrastructure outsourcing programme (value of more than €1b per annum).
