Family man, I am a proud father of two young kids. I studied computer science then I started as teacher, integrator, developer and project manager. In 2010 I felt in love with Scrum. Over the time it became human over technics to me. Scrum Master, globe-trotter, Lean & Agile Coach and Leader since 2017. My favorite extract of the manifesto is "maintain a constant pace". It helps to build the constructive tension between the work to achieve and the needs of the team. My journey as a professional coach as been a real boost to my abilities to support someone identifying blockers and unleash the real potential. Like Jon Snow, more I learn more I discover I know nothing so I'm glad that each day is an opportunity to dare, learn and improve my way of thinking and working. I have a positive nature with a big concerns about the future. That's also why I'm so proud to work everyday to boost the energy transition.
