For two years I was an assistant project manager within the local marketing department at this leading transport company. This was besides my MSc studies.The project aimed at improving links between trains and other means of transportation around train stations. I particularly:• Facilitated and ran meetings with bus companies’ representatives to improve the coordination of our offers. Result: 9 long-term partnerships initiated.• Reported to the board of directors on a regular basis. Did an oral presentation in front of a lage audience to communicate internaly about the project.• Conducted several market research on the regional transportation market then used by directors for lobbying purposes• Participated to other activities within the marketing department including: creating and updating databases, writing reports out of survey data, creating marketing documents
