With Agoda as the head of the Flights Business Unit, I'm overseeing the entirety of the business and operations of Agoda’s Flights vertical. Together with my team I- Define and deliver the company’s strategic vision for Flights;- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short- and long-term goals;- Drive organizational success;- Oversee the Flights business unit, business operations, financial performance and investments and accountable for overall P&L;- Report to Agoda Senior Leadership Team (C-level) as well as Booking Holdings stakeholders, provide industry, market and product insights as well as strategic advice;- Maintain positive and trust-based relations with air suppliers and key business partners overall;- Creating a culture of high performance within the team of Product Managers and across the Flights (matrix) organization;- Develop innovative solutions to difficult problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas and functions and Booking Holdings sister companies.
