Welcome to my profile 👋Let's take a quick trip down memory lane...📆 2006: I completed my 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗥 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 and started my career at Manpower in Nantes. It was a fantastic learning experience with excellent mentors. Six months of internship followed by six months of fixed-term contract, and I found myself drawn into the world of recruitment. The passion for it has stuck with me ever since.2023: After six years working abroad and returning to France in 2010, I've been an 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄.Passionate about innovative environments, my clients range from young, growing companies to more established Small and Medium Businesses. I assist these companies in finding 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁—𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱, 𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲/𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 who have progressed through the ranks to leadership roles (CFO, HR Director, CxO, VP Sales, etc.).17 years spent closely with companies and candidates—a time that feels both long and short.The recruitment market has transformed. Numerous tools have emerged promising disruption in this sector, but very few have succeeded. The relationship between employees and companies has evolved, becoming more balanced. Job seekers have more assertive expectations. The recruitment world has been shaken.Nevertheless, my guiding principle remains unchanged 🔗. The need of offering a Consultative Selling approach for each party, crucial for a transparent, trusting, and relaxed relationship 😁. It's also for these reasons that I've chosen to operate on a 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱, 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹.
