Led 24 FTEs in commercial team and manage dotted line cross-functional teams (60+ FTEs) focused on operations, logistics, marketing, IT and CRM. Key Contributions: Created new value proposition with innovative approach that improved same-day delivery and elevated assortment. Q1 2022 sales grew 72% compared to the same period in prior year. Increased contribution margin by 18pp over sales and reduced preparation, packaging, and delivery costs by 50%+, while improving customer satisfaction and service delivery. Spearheaded efforts to implement IT system enabling new process to fulfill clients’ orders, which resulted in further rollout of in-store picking model to 57 retail outlets. Reviewed, analyzed, and managed P&L to ensure optimal growth through defining strategies on pricing, category management, promotions, that increased gross margin.

Key contributions in team building, creation of FP&A and Accounting departments, partnered with CEO of Retail in the transformation plan, engaged in key M&A transactions, and sponsor of cost reduction initiatives as well as tax optimitization opportunities.
