Laboratory in the Center for Innovation in Micro & Nanotechnology (MINATEC), Grenoble, France. - Project leader of low power SRAM and Digital design projects.- Development of a Multi-VT device solutions in FDSOI technology- Development of LP SRAM bitcell solutions in SOI technologies (FDSOI, PDSOI, 3DMI, MCFET)- Development of low-power and low-leakage design solutions for digital wireless applications in 65nm Partially-Depleted SOI technology in collaboration with STMicroelectronics.
