CurrentMain mission as Regional head of Procurement :- Central point of contact for guidance, support, and training on all procurement matters. Ensure compliance of the spirit and letter of the procurement policy, across the region through continuous monitoring and stakeholder engagement;- Execute and implement the global procurement strategies across region, adapting them locally as applicable, bringing support and knowledge to local Procurement in order to achieve the local Strategy according to the Group Procurement guidelines; - Develop deep collaborative and innovative relationships with regional and local stakeholders to foster the right level of procurement involvement upstream in projects, ultimately providing value back to the company;- Aligning the Procurement processes, tools, controls & KPIs, covering all activities.Main mission as International Procurement manager of services:- Managing the tyres, glass and roadside assistance categories- Global category animation, definition of strategy and running global tender
