Project Synapse - UHN-wide EPIC health information system implementation.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Performed integration testing on hundreds of workstations of various hospital workflows, contributing to the 98.4% completion of all workstations on the testing devices review (TDR) to ensure readiness for EPIC Go-Live.Deployed 150 EPIC-configured mobile devices and 30 label printers (specimen label, medication label, and ID label) across different clinical settings within Toronto Western Hospital. Resolved EPIC implementation-related technical issues within Toronto Western Hospital such as hardware, printer mapping and print queue, and network-related issues as well as usability issues during and after EPIC Go-Live.
