During my years in the police force, I undertook many tasks, which together have given me valuable knowledge and skills. I have experience in and confidence in meeting people in various situations, both every day and in crises. Interactions between people are something I highly value, as it forms the basis for building trust, understanding, and sincerity in relationships with colleagues and/or clients. Such a climate provides the best conditions for finding creative solutions together and driving the work forward, which is very motivating for me.I appreciate educating, lecturing, and inspiring others to elevate their abilities to places they may not have dared or seen as possible. A goal going forward is to continue coaching others in the development of their operational processes in relation to technical solutions, to motivate and engage them in streamlining their work and achieving their goals.
