I am the Customers best friend and first contact with Bemlo. In this role, I proactively make sure our customers understand how to use our products and how to gain the most value. I run discovery meetings to find untapped opportunities for cooperation and ways to expand our Business. Through Customer insights together with behavioural insights I help our team with design solutions to fit the customer needs.

I analyse customer feedback and customer behaviour from a Channel perspective in order to inform the organisation across value streams. This included working with both inhouse databases and external ones using Adobe analytics. In the role of project coordinator I support the lead coordinator in an internal change management project. I drive certain key areas in ways of working and setting strategic goals, I communicate and align with stakeholders and offer input to pressing matters. The project revolves around shifting our work processes to align value streams and visualise dependencies in order to create a holistic customer experience.

I was in charge of developing the UI-design for the new bioprinter Bio X6. This entailed conducting user research of previous interfaces, research of interaction and new desired functions. Through conducting user research a proper user mapping could be established to understand our customers and provide better experiences. The Bio X6 represent CELLINK's most advanced bioprinter yet (2020), with support for six printheads. They pride themselves with having the most user friendly interfaces on the bioprinting market.

I was tasked with developing and designing the user journey for one of the companies purchase flows. This was done in collaboration with the software development team and third party consultants. Other tasks involved analysing the possibility for designing an in-house support and feedback system. I got to work in Adobe XD, with user flows and wire frames, conduct user tests and collaborate in cross functional teams.

Traineedagen Chalmers is an exclusive event where companies get the unique opportunity to market their Trainee/Graduate programs to selected students that are relevant for the attending companies. The event builds on creating value from both ends. From the companies perspective they get to talk about their events to interested and relevant students. From the students perspective they get the opportunity to talk to companies they know are interested in them and gain a huge advantage in the competition for highly sought after trainee positions. I was Head of Traineedagen Chalmers 2018 as well as a part of the management team of Chalmers Student Union Promotion. The position entails the main responsibility for the planing, completion and quality of Traineedagen Chalmers. It also meant responsibility for personell and keeping budget. With the position came responsibility to actively participate in the management team to help develop the company toward a common goal.

Som ledamot hade jag ansvaren: Vice Ordförande, Fadderansvarig och Nollfinalsansvarig. Vice ordförande innebär en övergripande koll av arbetet samt stöd då Ordförande ej kan närvara.Fadderansvarig innefattar rekrytering av faddrar till Chalmers Mottagning, genomförandet av en fadderutbildning inför Chalmers mottagning och kontinuerlig uppföljning och utveckling av fadderarbetet.Nollfinalsansvarig innefattar en projektledarroll i genomförandet av eventet Nollfinalen. Ett evenemang för samtliga medverkande i Teknisk Designs Mottagning som omsätter ca 50 000 kronor.

prosex. är en ideell förening som ska verka för sektionens anseende utåt samt verka för att förse designstudenter med aktiviteter utanför skolan. Som ledamot i prosex. satt jag som Inköps- och serveringsansvarig.Inköps- och serveringsansvarig innefattar att dels arbeta med föreningens övergripande arbete och ansvar och mer specifikt att vara ansvarig för kontakten med systembolaget samt att vara serveringsansvarig under evenemang där det finns försäljning av alkohol. Jag sköter därmed också beställning, upphämtning och återlämning av varor på systembolaget.
