As a Scrum Master at Penta I am leading two teams comprising of frontend and backend developers, designers, and architects in agile, SCRUM and CI/CD practices. I facilitate the daily team activities and remove obstacles to maintain smooth a development processes. Throughout the Sprints and Increments I organise and lead the ceremonies, including Sprint planning, retrospective, PI planning and the Sprint review. Along with stakeholders and our portfolio manager we defined short and long term product plans, established clear goals and KPIs to measure progress. I also manage the team from a consultancy perspective and support in business discussions with the customer as well as engage in continuous dialogue with clients regarding team composition and competences. Products:- Volvo Penta Connect: A fleet management system for monitoring performance, planning maintenance, and ensuring uptime and productivity for vessels or machines.- Uptime Backbone: The primary system for collecting and refining data from connected vehicles, including the creation of the first API for data collection to support services across Volvo Penta.Key Responsibilities:- Leading teams and planning daily work for developers, designers, and architects.- Facilitating and driving Sprint planning, PI planning, demos, and retrospectives.- Backlog creation, management, and prioritization with stakeholders and the PO.- Communicating progress and plans with key stakeholders.- Improving work processes by creating and refining key procedures.- Maintaining continuous dialogue with clients regarding team composition and competencies.
