I help organisations across health (e.g. NHS Trusts, CAMHS), education (schools, universities), and businesses (corporate graduate schemes) improve the mental health of their young people whilst saving them money. I work closely with each organisation to effectively integrate stem4's award-winning, evidence-based mental health technology into their existing wellbeing or mental health provision. Our suite of apps — Calm Harm (for self-harm), Clear Fear (for anxiety), Move Mood (for depression and low mood), Worth Warrior (for body image issues and eating disorders), and Combined Minds (for supporting a loved one) — provides comprehensive, universal coverage for any organisation 24/7 and reduces mental health-related symptoms in 90% of incidences.Working across business development, financial planning and marketing, my role at stem4 is broad and involves understanding all aspects of our mission to ensure that every young person in the UK has free access to the mental health support they need, faster. The bi-product of this is achieving financial sustainability for stem4 to ensure that we are able to continue providing this vital support in perpetuity.More generally, I have built up a broad range of experience working across multiple industries within the public, private and charity sectors. I am particularly interested in driving growth and efficiency for existing products whilst launching new product lines to market. Key areas of experience include financial planning, business development, communications and marketing.
