I am a self employed, mature and experienced outdoor education practitioner with over 25 years of teaching in the great outdoors. I am fortunate to operate Active 4 Seasons as a business and love passing on my passion for the great outdoors to anyone who want to come and enjoy it. I try as hard as possible to leave a very small footprint where ever we go! I love Nature and the environment and aim to ensure all our trips are sensitive to this ethos. Specialising in paddle sports: sea kayaking; open canoeing and river kayaking. Other activities include: rock climbing. I don't charge more for corporate work unlike some.My favourite day would be a sea Kayak guided trip somewhere on the fantastic North Northumberland and Berwickshire coast and I also love made to measure expeditions on the West coast of Scotland. Most of our work takes place on the beautiful river Tweed or its tributaries. We love open canoeing these special rivers.
