Working to reduce vehicle load on dealerships to drive external customer experience and generate revenue savings internally. Dealing with a wide range of departments and customers we aim to provide a convenient and professional service whilst providing valuable information back to engineering

To this extent i am responsible for ensuring that the customer wants to renew their phone again and again with us. To do this i ensure that all the information for their mobile purchase is 100% accurate and correct and that they are aware when they are receiving their product. I am always looking for ways to improve the end user experience and pro-actively approaching possible problems to combat them before they happen. With customer contact being my primary focus, i am dedicated to ensuring that the customer is aware of everything happening with their order at every step so that they can start using their new device as quickly as possible.

Working for an established European company trying to break into the UK, I was responsible for generating new business in the field of Biometric Access Control. This involved a mixture of lead generation, cold calling and field sales, primarily targeting the Nursery and Gym markets.
