In 21/22, upReach supported 3,000 students directly, had an income of over £3 million and was awarded the medium-sized charity of the year at the Third Sector Awards.I lead the design, strategic direction, and delivery of upReach's Professional Services and Consulting programme. Managing a team of four direct reports and developing trusted relationships with key strategic partnerships for the charity, including founding partners KPMG and Deloitte. I've represented the organisation as a leadership team ambassador at key stakeholder events such as EY's 2022 Social Mobility Conference, upReach's 10th Anniversary Reception and the 2022 Student Social Mobility Awards at the House of Lords.
