• Design coordination and information flow between the building services, building structure and final finishes.• Management the commissioning process, and production of detailed programme.• Coordination of all utilities installations and any other building services related statutory authorities.• QA and sign off of all M&E related installations and specialist packages.• Supervise site work to maximise the progress of sub-contractors.• Ensure compliance to specification.• Provide regular site inspection reports and detailed snagging sheets.• Coordinate specialist sub-contract packages.• Provide detailed M&E installation progress reports and percentages against contract programme.• Chair and minute sub–contractor meetings.• Liaise with site managers on M&E and construction sequencing issues.• Review and issue drawings, RFIs, and technical submissions.
