This includes campaign content strategy & budget management, paid and organic social media strategy, web content creation, development of campaign assets with internal and external agency teams, and managing mayoral participation in digital content and in-person promotion.Worked to daily/hourly deadlines in a highly pressured environment to achieve mayoral objectives and KPIs. Managed and assisted with real-time crisis communications, ranging from COVID-19 and COP26, to the crises in Afghanistan and Ukraine. Using regular data and insights to influence the direction of digital media, social, and marketing campaigns. Led brand communications and special projects for high–profile clients at the media management start-up. Some of the agency's clients included Joe Wicks, Captain Sir Tom Moore and BOSH!Product lead, content producer and project/stakeholder manager for ‘BOSH! Method’ vegan online food and exercise plan (boshmethod.com). A 30-day trial was available in major supermarkets throughout 2020 (courtesy of Vitalite dairy-free butter boxes) and my duties included managing the project budget, internal and external team members, and user database. Other accomplishments include assisting with creative strategy for The Captain Tom Foundation, coordinating and communicating Tom's media and literary work, creating the all-new Bev James website (bevjames.com) and working with external web developers, designers, videographers and nutritionists across various projects.

Content marketing and brand communications for the leading provider of pay-to-play sport in Britain. This included owned social channels, email marketing database (100k+), web content, PR and print assets. Statistics of note: 30% increase in social followers YTY, 8.9% increase in newsletter open rates, 10% rise in web traffic and increase in sales for summer 2019.Other projects included the re-launch of the Park Sports website in April 2019 (with new copy and UX), managing external design agencies for campaigns and brochures, organic and paid social media strategy and community partnership coordination (Royal Parks, Lawn Tennis Association).

Represented the Lawn Tennis Association as a multi-functional communications advisor sat within Marketing & Communications.Day-to-day included account and customer service for British Tennis members, stakeholders, coaches and professional players (700k+ YTY), as well as project management of owned areas which included ClubSpark national booking platform, Venue Registration and Wimbledon Ballot Integrity.Other tasks included managing social media accounts for seasonal campaigns (Great British Tennis Weekend and Tennis for Kids) and writing copy for external communications (coaching updates, Wimbledon ticket communications) as well as internal briefing documents (onboarding packs, worksheets and presentations).
