Founded a technology start-up that I developed into the world’s largest drone service marketplace operational in Australia, UK, and USA (www.ArcadiaSky.com).Working as the founder/director oversaw product direction, finance, project management of development activities, business strategy, sales and marketing. Due to the nature of start-ups I gained exposure to a wide range of business considerations and activities that would otherwise have not been possible.

Sole responsibility for project managing operational delivery into all customer facing channels with a combined taking of over ₤900 million in 2014.The role involved linking agile scrum methodologies used in engineering with more traditional waterfall approaches used in operations and spanned multiple engineering, operational, and business units which required strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Created the release strategy from scratch, this included providing support to other areas of the business that interact with the Release Management function. Covered the full end to end process from development, to deployment, to handover for business as usual.Continuous drive to improve process providing a more efficient and stable release process, saving Asos money.

Working as the Release Manager for Total Jobs Group developed and managed the end to end release process spanning multiple Agile development teams and projects, generating a throughput of four releases per-week whilst maintaining an uptime SLA of 99.9%.

Lead issues management at an operational level for two of the largest installations undertaken by ADP Commercial Systems. The principle project implemented a business wide software solution into a plumbing supplies trade distributer consisting of 6000 users over 400 branches, the project covered key business functions such as sales, purchasing, and inventory management.

Assessment of a broad range of information technology subject matters from network security, to compliance with government legislation such as the Data Protection Act 1998. Presentation of results to the client teams, and creation of findings report produced.
