Provide Strategic HR partnership for our Future Disruptions and Industrial Collaboration

2010 Nokia established the first full time CTO position with an organisation to provide Nokia-wide guidance, leadership and decision making on Product design, User Experience, Technical strategy and vision, Architectural oversight and Technical staff competences processes. CTO is also accountable in running the third pillar of Nokia Strategy: ‘Future disruptions’ focusing on the next generation mobile computing platforms. I was supporting CTO and the team in helping Nokia implement native SW development platform strategy (Qt / QML platform strategy implementation), establishing new CTO organisation to support Nokia’s new strategyI also worked as HR owner for cross-Nokia SW3C (Career, Competence and Capability) program ensuring that Nokia creates great product experiences for our customers and radically increases the productivity and efficiency of our engineering

As a member of the Service Platforms Management Team I was accountable for building up the new organisation, leading and giving guidance to HR processes and practices in 10 different countries.
