I was responsible for seven members of staff which entailed careful management of workloads and staff resources to ensure the strategy of the development team was achieved. I was responsible for the production and implementation of the development business plan and reported directly to the Managing Director and board of directors on financial matters and project progression. I was the key point of contact for media enquiries and was involved in numerous live and recorded radio and TV interviews as well as frequently responding to local news articles in the local written press.
