With over 25 years in the industry as a designer and creative director, I now work as an independent brand design consultant providing expertise and strategic thinking to a broad range of organisations on both client and agency sides. I passionately believe in the power of ‘brand’ but from experience know that there is some scepticism towards the term – especially amongst SME’s and third sector organisations. However, in an increasingly competitive world, for these sectors in particular, having a fit-for-purpose brand is as important now than ever before. I’m committed to helping my clients navigate this world, solving whatever brand challenges they have - whether developing a new brand or evolving an existing one. I strive to devise efficient and appropriate strategies to get them to where they need to get to – making the process as straightforward and accessible as possible and, where necessary, assembling the right team to deliver a brand that truly reflects who they are.With my career background in designing and directing a variety of award-winning work for a diverse mix of clients spanning B2B, Education and global FMCG sectors whilst at Taxi Studio, to more recently specialising in developing purpose-led brands for our client base at Olly and Tom, I provide clients with a breadth of hands on design experience and strategic insight.I'm passionate about creating positive impact for businesses through brand and ultimately connecting with people. I enjoy building great relationships – working alongside clients and their teams towards a common purpose and goal.
