This means scheduling of work, initial specification and estimation and then briefing, QA and overall technical direction.I lead, direct and manage a team of Developers, QA Testers and Product Managers producing fantastic work. Working alongside our Creative, UX Producer and Account Management teams provides a great environment to work in. We produce CMS driven content-heavy sites, artisan microsites with hand-crafted Javascript, interactives, games, and good ol' fashioned system integration projects.

Utilising a number of technologies: PHP/Symfony, MySQL, C# .Net.Other duties include the specification and development of bespoke web applications for numerous other clients in various sectors, including: retail, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, transport, and logistics.

Responsible for development of scotwebstore.com and associated network of e-commerce stores. Tools used included the Interchange shopping cart solution and extensive HTML, CSS, Javascript and design/layout work.Other responsibilities included the support and development of a large bespoke FileMaker solution used to manage the back-end systems.
