Product manager for the Hypergene BI platform, focusing on product development

I manage the modules in the Hypergene platform that are used for:- Strategic Management: set goals, break them down throughout the organization and form strategies to reach them- Risk Management: Identify risks, manage them and set up strategies to minimize them- Performance Reporting: Collaborate on creating monthly reports, annual reports, quality reports, etc. in an efficient workflow that can include numbers and diagrams from all parts of the Hypergene platform and assures quality and control over the process.I lead the development of the Performance Reporting module, while I "inherited" the other two.

Lead the project to develop a new web-based user interface for Hypergene, a market leading system for Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management in Sweden.

Product Manager for digital products that complement our printed magazines, comic books and physical games on a local Swedish as well as a global level. Developed iPad apps for Bamse, Donald Duck, The Phantom, Tom & Jerry, and Scooby Doo.

Wannaplay developed boardgames with DVDs in cooperation with among others; Egmont Kärnan, Alga, SVT, TV4, and BBC. Our first games were the first DVD-based games in Europe. The DVDs in these games were groundbreaking and used the technology to the limit. Wannaplay also built several web sites and web games to market our partners' games. Recently, Wannaplay has also made games for the iPhone. I developed the technologies we used to build our DVDs and as the organization grew, I turned to work with our partners on the concepts behind the games and lead the team of programmers, musicians, animators, and artists that built the parts of the games.Developed boardgames based on, among others, Swedish Idol, Let's Dance, Guinness World Of Records, Melodifestivalen in cooperation with, again among others, Egmont Kärnan, Alga, BBC, TV4, Disney and SVT

518 Systemutveckling AB was a consultancy firm specialized in web technologies. We developed and marketed our own web publishing tool, Sajtomaten, used by large and small clients in Sweden as well as abroad. We also built many web-based tools tailor-made for our customers and led courses on programming in partnership with IBM. I co-founded 518 in 1999 and has since worked both as a programmer and a project leader and served as the company's CEO.

I was responsible for starting up a web development track within Øredev, Scandinavia's premier conference on software development. For 3 years, I found the speakers for the Web track and convinced them to come to Malmö to share their expertise. I also developed several web based systems for brainstorming, planning and presenting the conference's large program.

During my student years, I worked full time with IT at the Faculty Of Law. As the group grew, I assumed the role of group leader. During this time, we built a top-of-the-line network connected to many international legal resources and built several own databases.
