My focus is to lead and drive business and customer value with the use of Data, Analytics and AI.I spend most of my time with strategic and transformative questions related to all aspects of becoming datadriven, from data literacy to use case roadmaps, architecture and organizations.I do however at times get my architect and developer fingers dirty.When delivering solutions I implement solutions that work in production. I believe releasing solutions in an agile manner delivers value faster than performing POCs or building a quick-and-dirty solution. (I do not believe that building large EDWs in a big-bang works either)I am motivated by delivering business value and solving problems related to the delivery of that value.My experience is within all aspects of data, analytics, AI, Data Governance, Data Management as well as Data Warehousing and Data Platforms. I have worked in different markets and with different technologies.I work extensively with both top level management and with developers and can move freely in the area in between.
