AR (Account Receivable)• Responsible for exceptional customer support experience with Microsoft: ensuring timely resolution in accordance with the Microsoft Terms & Conditions and contractual agreements.• Provide technical support/Consulting to Partners and Customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding technically complex, escalated problems.• Manage relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders providing technical documentation for the troubleshooting steps• Report software bugs and be an advocate for product improvement using customer suggestions.• Drive technical collaboration & engagement outside of CSS (Product Engineering teams/Services/Support/Regions) in gaining resolution to critical, complex issues.• Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically) using tools for debugging and root cause analysis.• Create and maintain incident management requests to product group.

My Responsibilities Includes:• Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function.• Designing and building the website front-end.• Creating the website architecture.• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.• Generating WordPress themes and plugins.• Conducting website performance tests.• Troubleshooting content issues.• Conducting WordPress training with the client.• Monitoring the performance of the live website.In total I built 8 WordPress websites during my stay at Greenmouse Tech.
