About Oloma Omatsola Mispn

With over 25 years of experience as a Lead Consultant at Omatrans Consults Nigeriy, I am passionate about delivering world-class driver training and education in Nigeria. I have a vision to install state-of-the-art driving simulators and operate a driver recruitment bureau for corporate and institutional clients. I also offer bespoke driver training and monthly driver lessons, using the 12UPs method that I developed and published to prevent road traffic crashes.In addition to my role at Omatrans, I am also a Caregiver Instructor at Clarion College Abuja, where I teach and mentor aspiring caregivers on how to provide quality and compassionate care for the elderly and disabled. Furthermore, I am a Project Director at LifeStyle Health Education and Safety Foundation, where I coordinate the first national road safety awareness quiz and art competition for schools in Nigeria. I am also a certified Root Cause Analysis practitioner and a resource person at the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria. I have a Bachelor of Technology in Transport Management Technology and a Certificate in Road Traffic Injury and Prevention from John Hopkins International Injury Research Unit.
