Chief Executive Officer
Current- Lead the organization’s strategy, growth and impact worldwide including entrance to new markets and expanding diverse portfolio of high impact enterprise ecosystem throughout Africa- Provide overall management and strategic direction towards achievement of the organization objectives and goals as outlined in various operational and development plans- Implement and monitor decisions of the Board of Trustees and apprise the Board continually on progress made - Ensure effective communication between the Management and the Board of trustees as well as between different levels of management- Spearhead, review and implement organization Strategic Plan, while ensuring it complies with organizational vision, mission and values- Provide overall guidance, leadership, and direction to the Management Team in order to facilitate the achievement of SESOK’s mandate- Provide strategic linkages with the corporate world, community, government agencies and other partners for the benefit of the SESOK’s growth- Oversee the preparation of annual work plans, budgets and reports by the relevant head of departments- Coordinate and prepare business-related proposals and resource mobilization- Provide leadership and foster teamwork among Management and all employees- Provide leadership in developing, implementing & reviewing management policies, strategies, systems to ensure quality service delivery to various stakeholders- Link the Board of Trustees with the employees at SESOK, by ensuring high corporate governance and infrastructure to achieve the organizational goal- Conducting opportunity analysis by keeping abreast of sector and ecosystem trends and moves to achieve market-share metrics- Monitor organization growth objectives along with ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and standards- Lead advisor and consultant: Corporate Shared Value, Social Impact, Sustainability, Business Modelling and Re-Engineering, Operational Excellence, Market Analytic and Research
