• DEPARTMENT: FINANCE AND ACCOUNT MY PRESENT RESPONSIBILITY TALLY ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE UNIT
• Imputing all Accounting and Financial Records of the Agency into the Tally Accounting software and generating the Accounting and Financial ReportsCONTRACTS AND SERVICES (PREVIOUS UNIT)
• Preparing the Returns to the Ministry of Aviation( Includes Internal Overhead Costs and Capital Expenditures, Federal Government Overhead and Capital Expenditures)
• To prepare Ledgers for all LPO’s and Contracts of the Agency
• To open files and keep record/track of all LPO’s and Contracts
• To make sure no contract and LPO is duplicated as regards payment and the expiration of contracts. EXPENDITURE AND CONTROL UNIT (PREVIOUS UNIT)

• Responsibility
• General Supervision and Monitoring of all Branch and Branch Heads/Staff.
• Manage the performance of all heads of department through the Peach & Prime performance management system.Management of overall operations:
• Maintain the Administration, Monitoring, Reporting, Communication and liaison on all company affairs.
• Corporate affairs, Operations and Human Resource Management.
• Ensure that the operational functions of the company are run effectively and efficiently so that each department performs in terms with their strategic plan, developmental plan and operational objectives.
