With over three decades of experience in the fashion industry, I began my journey in the supply chain sector in 1992. I further honed my expertise at Fila S.P.A from 1996 to 1999 and at Adidas-Group from 2000 to 2002, focusing on Total Quality Management and Lean Manufacturing.In 2002, I joined PUMA Group as Total Quality and Lean Manufacturing Manager and later transitioned to the PUMA Group Supply Chain Sustainability Team in 2006. By 2012, I led corporate sustainability performance assessments across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions.In 2013, I took on the role of Manager of Supply Chain Sustainability for PUMA Group EMEA, implementing key projects in management systems, GRI Corporate Sustainability Reporting, carbon footprint analysis, product life cycle assessment (LCA), digitalization, sustainable energy, OSH, human rights, women's empowerment, LGBT+ rights, child labor prevention, and refugee integration.
