Growth Marketing Analyst
Current- Analyze and prepare recommendations for management on programs, process improvement initiatives and opportunities including conducting primary and secondary research to support customer engagement plans- Analyzes customer data using database queries, web analytics tools, and campaign management software tools- Evaluate quantitative and qualitative data and provide recommendations for changes or implementation of new tactics to elevate the customer experience and maximize effectiveness of customer engagement, applying data research and demographic analysis- Execute promotional marketing campaigns leveraging provided content and pre-designed templates- Ensure campaign continuity is carried throughout ecommerce experience
