The Coloplast R&D pilot plant is overall responsible for developing robust and efficient manufacturing processes. I held the Management responsibility for 160 employees. Member of the senior management team in Thermal Power, and our QHSE-board.Overall responsible for developing new operational model, and organisational setup for Dong energy Power together with Oleto Consulting. The new organisation was implemented successfully, and form the basis of the Power Plant business in Dong Energy (Ørsted)Results: Finalized strategic foundation for Plant Maintenance & Sourcing, and implemented it as a centralized function. Reduced sourcing cost by 12%, as well as reducing internal cost by 20% from 2012 to 2013 via optimized maintenance processes.

Director for Region Zeeland in DONG Energy Thermal Power Responsible for Stigsnæsværket, Kyndbyværket, Asnæsværket and Inbicon Bioethanol and the 250 employees working on the 4 plants. Member of the seniormanagement team in Thermal Power, and our QHSE Board.Overall responsible for developing and implementing a new Performance Management system in cooperation with Franklin Covey Denmark. The performance management system enabled massive efficiency improvements and cost reductions in all 9 power plants in Denmark. The system was successfully implemented and is still in use today.Results: Fixed cost reduced by 32%, production loss reduced by 10-60% on the 4 plants, accidents with absence (LTIF) reduced by 40%, employee satisfaction increased by 17 point (from 58 i 2009 to 75 i 2012) in internal survey.

Consultant i DONG Energy's internal process-, culture- og management program (DEEP). Responsible for developing the program, and execution of analysis-, alignment– and implementation of Lean elements in various departments in DONG Energy.Analyzing Business Intelligence Data, to determine improvement measures, and training Leadership teams, in using data as decision tools. Setting up KPI monitoring tools, as well as implementing KPI and Data monitoring as a communication and decision making tool in the departments Results: Executed 7 individual projects as responsible for delivering results in production, Group Procurement, Corporate Affairs and Group Communication. Bottom-line results where made in all areas, as well as significant improvements in processes, communication, employee satisfaction, efficiency, KPI handling and planning.

The Kalundborg Symbiosis is the world's first industrial symbiosis and has developed continuously over the last 50 years. The cooperation between the companies in the symbiosis, yields mutually beneficial economic and environmental advantages for all parties.
