What a journey! In less than three months five complete strangers met each other in order to fulfil a knowledge management project given by WhiteAway.com. After we had developed the concept for a knowledge sharing IT-system for the sales and service department, we started to analyze the organization's knowledge management strategy. By doing so, we would also developed the concept for new knowledge management procedures as well as a system, which would enhance the knowledge sharing among the internal departments at WhiteAway.com.
