The Elementalists are a movement of creators pushing back on tightening budgets, unchecked AI, and rampant algorithms.For the first time storytelling and filmmaking are being merged with the hard sciences in contemplation and mindfulness to equip creators with new singular powers of insight.It's proven that meditation works directly on ‘where’ ideas and stories occur.The Illusions that captivate us in film and in our mental-narratives are reverse engineered into their elements as artefacts and tools to inspire and train irreplaceable ways of thinking and telling.We know we’re a story species, and that it’s the storytellers who’ll save us.

Solidifying further on an undying fascination for the edge of branding and creativity, I have immense pride in participating and investing in closing the imaginary gaps and distance between creative, producer and post-production alongside Niemand Studio. Pioneering not only some of the branding world's most impactful work, but demonstrating the opportunities in levelling up ‘creative’ using the added value available to remote and distributed teams, Niemand Studio has the vision, drive and heart to lead an industry in need of real change.

Endeared rather to the creative, logistical and technical challenges than the title, a multi-faceted and furiously dynamic position as Head of Creative allows me to put into practice the hard and soft skills developed over an extensive and far-reaching career. Holding the reins on how material for some of the world's largest brands gets created and delivered, across a handful of international creative professionals, formats and platforms, has proven to be a perfect fit. From narrowing broad brand ideas into focused briefs; to scripts, treatments and storyboards that elevate and deliver on the most challenging of brand objectives. Without relinquishing my passion for video creation I ensure I spend as much time editing, animating and finishing material as I do directing. Coupled with a continued (and near-obsessive) fascination with digital media, marketing and the tech world, these various streams have combined into a torrent of work that continues to surprise and delight brands of all sizes and requirements.

Quickly finding a highly trusted position for a handful of top-tier brands, my responsibilities have transcended those of a video editor/animator/graphic designer. From London, to Manila, and The Netherlands, my background in brands and branding (coupled with years of freelance experience) means I assist directors, producers, and brand managers regarding strategy, narrative, creative direction, production techniques, & management of post-production processes; ensuring that innovation & creativity are implemented and managed through the creative process.

During an MA in Digital Media, I had the pleasure of working with numerous artists, musicians (and a corporate client or two) in the production of music videos, electronic press kits and advertising for broadcast. My fascination & years of experience in the music industry proved (and still does) invaluable in informing creative decisions associated with ‘mood’, ‘tone’ and rhythm.

While undergoing an Honours Degree in Creative Communications, I had a multi-faceted full-time position working for Alight Productions & Spagetti Ink. My background in brands & branding gave me a unique perspective and tool-set when creating work as an editor, animator or graphic designer for some of the world’s biggest brands.
