Shell scripting.Expert knowledge in problem localization and solving in a EPC core network.Negotiations and the problem resolution together with L1and L2 level support.Involvement in tender committees as the expert in EPC core at a choice of equipment vendors.

Troubleshooting and maintenance operation on GPRS core Alcatel which serviced subscribers of Moscow and central region of Russia. Maintenance of availability of service at level 99,9%
