My work primarily focuses on providing support and guidance to colleges and universities hosting Fellows in the Civic Engagement track. Some of my activities and accomplishments include:-Providing customer service and support to applicants, Fellows, and 28 host institutes.-Supporting review, selection and placement of 700 Fellows from a pool of over 24,000 applicants.-Supporting review and selection of 28 host institutes.-Reviewing budgets, tracking deliverables, and managing payments and closeout for nine subawards.-Coordinating disability support for program participants, including assessment of needs, procurement of services, and acessibility review of materials and activities.-Editing and contributing to guidance documents for host institutions on program policies and best practices.-Developing and maintaining online resources and communications.-Entering, maintaining and tracking participant information in Salesforce. In addition to planning events, developing print, website and social media content and serving as a resource and advisor for students and staff on religious diversity issues, some of my accomplishments include:-Increasing student engagement with program through developing a new campus-wide interfaith marketing campaign and initiating and maintaining collaborative relationships with university faculty and staff, 14 chaplains and over 50 student organizations. These efforts resulted in record attendance at events and an increase in the number of program inquiries from an average of three per semester to three per week.-Designing content and providing logistical support for over 15 different events including guest speakers, field trips, volunteer projects and workshops serving over 200 students, faculty and staff annually. -Managing, tracking and creatively utilizing an annual program budget of $1400 as well as additional co-sponsorships and grants.-Updating program files and records to improve continuity of knowledge. -Developing curriculum for an interfaith leadership course.-Supervising student interns.Click on the links below to see examples of some of the programs I have organized.
