Sales Operations Manager
Current1. Review All Incoming Projects a. Review all sold projects to ensure accuracy of sold project b. Determine pain points in projects sold prior to project being sent to production c. Review project margins to maintain proper profit on projects from start to finish 2. Train, Support, and Motivate Sales Personnel a. Training all sales personnel on the Sales System and the products of Lindus Construction b. Maintain all samples/materials/product items for sales personnel to use for their presentations and inform Vice President of Sales if new or replacement products are needed c. Provide feedback to the Owners in regards to the field and samples to be able to order appropriate samples d. Provide information annually to the Owner for annual reviews of all sales personnel e. Instrumental in training all sales personnel in Salesforce, (CRM Program) and provide feedback and/or solutions on items that need to be changed or improved to the Sales Manager f. Motivate all sales personnel to achieve highest level of professionalism, product knowledge, and closing percentages by continuous communication, training, and validation3. Manage Product Margins and Pricing a. Review product pricing and margins to make adjustments to pricing strategies b. Manage samples and product offering in Salesforce depending on availability c. Maintain Sales department relationship and communication with production department and General Manager4. Develop and Manage Reporting through Salesforce and Other Platforms 5. Maintain and develop technology solutions. Study and develop user experience interfaces for various software programs used by Lindus Construction.
