The role is focused on giving complex advising regarding pension and investments, both digital and physical. Target group is people with high salaries and big pension assets, both within Personal Banking and Private Banking. Today the group has expanded and exists of more than 40 specialists working around in Sweden. Besides my main tasks I am responsible for my team’s partnership with Key Account Managers, in Nordea Life & Pension, focusing on the large corporate segment. It includes monthly follow up on sales, driving initiatives to stimulate the business and sharing insightsSummarized, things I have learned/ developed in the role:Hard skills- Complex insurance and investment advising.- Business developing; seeking news ways of finding potential business. - Microsoft Office (Excel & Powerpoint especially).Soft skills:- Improved sales skills and overall business acumen; handling more complex customers wither high demands. - Analytical skills/ Business developing skills; analyzing customers and their underlying business potential as part of preparation. Also in terms of our overall organization business setup in order to find new business in relation together with other stakeholders in Nordea. For example, through scanning our customer base, within Private Banking and Nordea @Work, in search for potential customers with big pension assets. As well as via Fullmaktskollen related to the extended right of transferring pensions between different pension companies. - Goal setting and setup for how to achieve.- Interpersonal skills and stakeholder management; handling different types of customers as well as several stakeholders in my organization.- Presentation skills; comfortable in leading events/ meetings with large group of people both digital as well as physical.
