Together with regional HR focusing on growing leaders and talents to take on bigger-and-bigger roles.Projects & Accomplishments:- Exceeded regional and Danish growth and profit targets 2015, 2016 and 2017- Drastically grew project logistics capabilities and capacity. - Built up the courier product and thereby offering a true one-stop-logistics-shop in Denmark- Awarded “Best Sales Country in Europe 2016”- Developed the Aid & Relief UN-business.- Investing in key account customer forum events for knowledge sharing and marketing purposes.

Recruited to develop and establish a robust management infrastructure in the Sub-Saharan Africa region, and substantially increase sales capabilities. Responsible for profit performance in 18 countries with a workforce of +4.500 people as well as managing partners in +30 more countries. Projects & Accomplishments:- Expanded the strategic customer base and grew loyalty with +25%.- Increased focus on Oil & Gas Sector, moved from a no. 5 market position into a solid no. 2 position.- Extensive administrative clean-up and implementation of group standard routines for example credit and recruitment policy’s.- Divestment and close down of non-core business including but not limited to Manpower and Travel business in Angola.- Reviewed regional and country management team management structures and made replacement recruitments, including change of 5 Country Managers.- Established a structured talent management program for the entire region.
