Rolf is a result-driven entrepreneur and change agent with more than 20 years of experience from transitions and change in organizational development for future success. Rolf covers global organizations and management involving large internal and external projects which have been on-going for years, but also minor issues and actions which in the long-term perspective may have a great impact on the progress of a business success. He has participated in +100 business development projects in +50 organizations where the business benefits to be derived from the IT support, has been of a certain interest. Rolf experience is multi-disciplinary which span across several functional areas involved in business and IT management while also being part of the business’ senior management but not the least as both member and leader of operational programs and projects. Rolf has a firm conviction that transitions have to consider the both-and perspective, as ambidextrous, in concurrently dealing with the future and present customs at the very same time. In addition, the capability of zoom in and out on the transition in progress is essential to obtain both a helicopter and detailed perspective simultaneously. Rolf desires to work on a business change from idea to full implementation, involving many stages of iterations as part of the agile development. Repeatedly, Rolf has reverted to the University to extend his knowledge based on the present assignments to improve his professional skills. In August 2015 he graduated with a M.Sc. in Informatics, where he for the last year has been part of a research project on a doctoral level, while he previously has obtained a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Management as well as studies in Supply Chain Management. Rolf invites competition, endorses co-creation and crowdsourcing with proactive guidance aimed at increasing business value to the business, interacting with multiple cultures, knowledge areas and habits.
