• Responsible for the development of short and long term program planning, monitoring, contract compliance and staff performance.• Develops performance objectives and implements a programs aimed at improving program quality. PQI (Performance Quality Improvement) and COA (Council on Accreditation) goals. • Oversees the preparation of monthly, trimester, quarterly and annual reports.• Creates annual outreach plans according to CRES, TAG/F and ESSP program needs and capacity.• Supervises employment staff by articulating expectations, displaying model behavior, maintaining open lines of communication and clarifying roles and relationships.• Organizes training seminars to address staffing needs and identifies relevant external training opportunities• Assists with the development of public relations and communication strategies to support Ascentria Care Alliance goals, and increase community awareness.• Certified by the State of MA as a Mandated Reporter for cases of child abuse and neglect.

Conduct piano lessons to all ages and manage all aspects of the school.
