I consider myself to be the ultimate team catalyst in an organization, in a multitude of ways. From my 15 years at Huntington Bank to the four years currently at North Coast Composites, I have constantly pushed myself to be the positive difference in any situation. A path to success is only as clear as the message that drives it across, so I am a strong believer that communication is the true key to success for any organization. The other key to success is passion, as without it, nothing is worth doing. Communication is easily my strongest attribute followed very closely for passion for anything I involve myself with. I cannot simply be involved in something without being immersed in it, which usually puts me in a position where I am involved in every aspect of an operation. That just fits my mold.The other place I find myself is usually in a leading position. From the group of childhood friends that always looked to me for guidance, to my early professional career at Huntington where I became team lead fairly quickly in two different departments and being involved in every aspect of those departments. To the current position as Administrative Manager and North Coast. It all began as a simple Staff Accountant position that blossomed into Payroll and HR responsibilities with someone resigning the week I started, as well as IT Support, Recruiting/Onboarding and other roles as they became necessary. All this and before Covid even showed up... But I absolutely love it. It keeps me going and it keeps things fresh and interesting. Having many things to do is always much better than not enough to do. Lastly, another skill that I have had since literally my earliest memories and continued to hone is the ability to read or analyze situations and patterns and come to accurate conclusions. I suppose it goes with a mind with no off switch but it does complement the rest of my strengths, so no complaints there.
