Responsible for drafting, developing and implementing BALFIN Group students program which has in focus students needs and aims to create better conditions for them to advance in their studies and future career.

Proactive in fulfilling the mission of TBU, its financial and administrative progress.

Development of materials and presentations in the framework of lecturing the below subjects: i. Project Management; ii. Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management; iii. Introduction to Business

• Empowering students to become dynamic agents on their career path and outcome.
• Development of employment relationships with business partners (> 120 subjects).
• Planning and executing individual student counseling, group meetings, events/trainings.
• Highly positive results with more than 90% of students being employed before graduation.

• Evaluation of the albanian executive opinion on the Global Competitiveness Report (GCR).
• Collaborating with over 100 entrepreneurs, CEOs, heads of departments, etc.

• Project: youTHink - Enabling the proactive participation of Youth in policy and legislative development of Albania and its implication in the process of European Integration.
• Training youths regarding Chapter 4, 17 & 18 of the EU Acquis in on-site activities taking place on Tirana, Korça, Shkodra, Vlora and virtually (youTHink.al platform).

• Training teenagers to develop and present a business plan.

• Drafting of business, marketing & sales plan, market research; data analysis, etc.
