After deciding that people management is better left for someone else, continued as a Tech Lead, managing the team backlog to implement the team vision to enable efficient workflows across the company. Designed and implemented quality gates to enable and align with process work done in the company.

Implementing Jenkins pipelines for automated builds and testing in a multi-platform environment with embedded hardware targets. Infrastructure as code through Ansible playbooks. Helped in transitioning from SVN to Git, introducing binary artifact storage through Artifactory.
