Elevated responsibilities include Operations Management of the section including team placements, phone support and logging hours.Accountable in a lead role to manage a team of Fundraisers per objectives. Designing and orchestrating various campaigns to achieve outreach and donation targets for Amnesty International.Delivering training and coaching across various modules including rapport building, sales techniques and closing. Monitoring performance of all Fundraisers regularly and implementing personal development plans to encourage self-esteem, confidence and development of competencies.Working closely with senior management to design fundraising campaigns and providing insight with various initiatives to drive performance.Ensuring all Fundraisers and activities resonate with industry best practice. Addressing any sales techniques or attitudes which fail to meet standards.Leading by example at all times in donation levels and demeanor. Providing support to front line operations as required.
