I play a key role in sourcing for data to equip the team (e.g: SAP reports for names of orderers, back-order reports, among others); preparation of account plans and sales reports, collaboration with other stakeholders (FAS, SM, Sales Support team, Warehouse, among others). I work with the team to identify lapses and conduct training while actively assisting the IS Manager in guiding the team’s vision and ensuring that everything goes according to strategy and targets, working with each member of the team to ensure leads are followed up in a timely manner, and Salesforce / Account Plans are regularly updated, review work processes and identify areas for continues improvement and make recommendations to IS Manager where applicable.I also monitor regularly account plans and campaigns, report on progress towards achievement of plans and strategies as agreed during IS team meetings, as well as managing assigned high touch strategic account.
