Human and Data resources management (Staff and Students) within my Faculty.

My job is to administer the extant rules, regulations and policies of the University to matters arising daily in my Faculty regarding all students and staff members so as to provide optimum solutions to all identified problems. I am expected to effectively manage all resources (human & material) in my care for a smooth running of affairs within my Faculty and the University at large. This role requires critical thinking, innovative ideas, brilliant management skills and much more to function efficiently. As a new entrant into the mainstream university, I take up assigned tasks on the job.

I was a custodian of all students and staff (teaching and non-teaching) records in my Faculty. I was directly attached to the Dean's Office for day-to-day activities. Also answerable to my Faculty Secretary on every official assignment given. I coordinated students' admission process for my Faculty, attended to every Dean's correspondence and e-mails. I performed most secretarial duties for the Dean's Office too (Typing, Editing, Printing). Also assisted in preparing papers for statutory meetings of the Faculty.My experience on this post was more of multitasking and it was quite a challenging one. I enjoyed every bit of works I did on this post.

Offered consultation services on Skin Beauty and Wellness for a period of 2 years as a passion. I rose to the managerial level as a networker, placed on monthly payroll aside from profits made on sales. The job afforded me the opportunity to network across the country meeting with new people from all walks of life. It's was quite an interesting experience, even till date.

I worked with different Sales Representatives of the Company to promote sales on commission basis strictly on my terms. I also worked with the products promotion teams in wet sampling of Milo at different schools and branding at public events as scheduled by the Company. My Sales & Marketing experience in this company was awesome! I had no regrets working with them.

Worked as a Lead Professional Lithographer/ Trainer. I supervised and trained other staff members in the Lithography section of the Printing Press for optimum output.

Worked as an apprentice of lightography for 3 years. Handled every given tasks effectively within the deadline. Handled tasks beyond lightography such as editing, binding (cold & spiral), collating and general printing jobs.
